This is exactly the construction my brother is using on his new house. The exterior is completed, the interior is still underway, with time off for winter at his beach house.
In addition to the above description, he used a steel roof, with ceramic beads bonded to the metal that is formed to look exactly like a tile roof. He and his wife found a plan on the internet that they liked, then had an architect modify it's dimensions, etc for ICF construction. They weren't completely happy with the architect's final plan, but it was workable. The steel truss company designed the roof trusses from the plans.
We have a couple of cameras pointed at his new house, and if I can remember the link I'll post it. It is a Mediterranean style house, red tile roof, white stucco exterior, green trim and mahogany doors. Approximately 2800 sqft living space, 4 car garage.
