Excellent.
I've updated the online manual to descibe the new features. (New stuff is in blue text).
Some key features are:
1) Improved network startup (if the router isn't running immediately)
2) 2 decimal place accuracy on WEB posts
3) Ability to do Yearly accumulations (see manual for description)
Also note that the UpdateMGR.exe has also been updated.
This newer version is required for WELS shipped with Rev 2.16 and above. It will also work with older WEL versions, so it's a good idea to update the copy you have on your hard drive.
