My good man, Phil! Your tips for the sealer worked - roller followed by the sponge. Last weekend I perfected the front porch with the diamond pattern. It looks quite like one of your designs, I confess. :-) Thanks again for all your help, my wife and I were able to complete our front and back porches (about 400 sq total) in 2 weekends. We love it! I discovered that Hancock Fabrics and Hobby Lobby locally carry the EZQuilter masking tape.

This site is all about building a cool, energy efficient house, that makes maximum use of earth sheltered design, passive solar heating and cooling, geothermal exchange energy management, and right sizing of the house for it's designated use.
