Posted by Bill on Thursday, 2 July 2009, at 4:44 p.m., Bob, I think you're going to thave to translate to English for me: "The DS9097U is the Dallas 1-wire 'host' chip for the serial RS-232 or USB adapter." I don't know what this means or how it applies to the WEL. I'm putting the first circuit protection scheme on my 1-wire cable connection to my WEL (I have a linear 'topology' network). Have no clue where the second protection scheme goes with respect to a WEL, or if it even is applicable with respect to a WEL. Sorry / thanks. Best regards, Bill Responses
This site is all about building a cool, energy efficient house, that makes maximum use of earth sheltered design, passive solar heating and cooling, geothermal exchange energy management, and right sizing of the house for it's designated use. The home's placement is on a south-facing hillside in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. This site describes the design process, the technologies used and the expected results. We also have a comprehensive Links Page for anyone who is also interested in designing a similar project. |
