Re: Loss of temp sensors due lighting. [ Read Responses | Return to the Index ]
Posted by Bob on Friday, 3 July 2009, at 2:14 a.m., Funny you said this Bill, Yesterday when attaching refrigeration sensors to tubing, I thought a degree off would not be a big deal and used thermal heatsink grease and then secured with two tie wraps. I also did the ground loop EWT/LWT and desuperheater sensors. I did verify the EWT/LWT sensor temperatures with my digital temp gauge via pete ports while the system was running. The results were off a little so I need set an offset for EWT/LWT so I get the actual deltaT. Bob G. Responses
This site is all about building a cool, energy efficient house, that makes maximum use of earth sheltered design, passive solar heating and cooling, geothermal exchange energy management, and right sizing of the house for it's designated use. The home's placement is on a south-facing hillside in Deep Creek Lake, Maryland. This site describes the design process, the technologies used and the expected results. We also have a comprehensive Links Page for anyone who is also interested in designing a similar project. |
